Information about the publication of Revenue Scotland's statistics for Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and Scottish Landfill Tax (SLfT).

Revenue Scotland is an open and transparent organisation and is committed to making much of our data available, including revenue statistics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on our performance as an organisation.

The data we release publicly is guided by the following principles:

Annual Summary of Trends in the devolved taxes

Revenue Scotland published its fifth annual statistics publication summarising trends in the devolved taxes, namely LBTT and SLfT, on 30 November 2023.

The data in the publication covers the period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2023. The publication and the accompanying figures and tables can be accessed below.

Data Strategy
