We would like to send our best wishes and heartfelt thanks to Martin McEwen as he steps down after six years from the Revenue Scotland board.
Martin attended his final board meeting on 14 May 2025 and was presented with a cake for his years of service with Revenue Scotland.
The Chair of the Revenue Scotland board, Aidan O’Carroll, said:
“Since joining the Revenue Scotland board in 2019, Martin McEwen has been invaluable in his role on the board, bringing insight, dedication and leadership as Chair of our Audit and Risk Committee and also as Deputy Chair of the Revenue Scotland Board. We are grateful for his time with us and wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
Our Chief Executive, Elaine Lorimer, shared her thanks:
“It has been a pleasure working with Martin over the last six years. He has been part of the development and maturity of Revenue Scotland, and we have benefited hugely from his expertise and professionalism. On behalf of the team at Revenue Scotland I’d like to thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future.”
