All users of the upgraded SETS will be asked to sign-up to a set of Terms & Conditions that have been developed to reflect the roles and responsibilities of Organisations (firms) and individual users.

During the process to sign in to the system for the first time, individuals will be asked to accept the terms and conditions by checking a box following review. If for any reason a user does not accept the Terms & Conditions of the new system, they will not be able to use SETS. Guidance for current SETS users on the sign-in process for the upgraded system will be published shortly.
